Push Content to Device

supported by the current version of Bharat Signage Online software.

How to Push Content​

▶ If you want to play Videos Only​

  1. Upload Video Files

    • Go to Gallery
    • Click Upload Media
    • Upload your video files

  2. Send Video to Device

    • Navigate to Manage Screen → Devices
    • Select the device you want to update
    • Change Content Type to Video
    • Choose media files from the list
    • Click the Action Button → Instant Update

Your video will start playing immediately on the connected device.

▶ If you want to play Images, Videos, or PDF, use Playlist Mode​

  1. Upload All Media to Gallery

    • Go to Gallery
    • Upload images, videos, or PDF files you want to display

  2. Create Playlist

    • Select multiple media files inside the gallery
    • Right-click → Create Playlist
    • Give a Name to your playlist and save it

  3. Push Playlist to Device

    • Go to Manage Screen → Devices
    • Click on your device
    • Select Playlist instead of video content
    • Choose your playlist from the list
    • Click Action Button → Instant Update

Your screen will automatically start playing the selected playlist in sequence.

Once published, you can later modify the playlist, reorder files, or replace media anytime — the device will update instantly or based on your chosen schedule.
