Play Website & YouTube Playlist

supported by the current version of Bharat Signage Online software.

How to Play YouTube Playlist​

  1. Create a YouTube Playlist

    • Open YouTube and sign in
    • Add videos to your playlist
    • Go to Playlist Settings
    • Set visibility to Public (or Unlisted if required)

  2. Copy Playlist Link

    • Open the playlist on YouTube
    • Click Share → Copy Link

  3. Push to Device

    • Go to Manage Screen → Devices
    • Select your device
    • Choose YouTube section (not playlist or video mode)
    • Paste the playlist URL
    • Click Save / Instant Update

Your device will now start streaming the YouTube playlist.

How to Play Website URL​

  1. Copy the website link you want to display
    (e.g., live dashboards, news sites, charts, menu boards, etc.)

  2. Go to Manage Screen → Devices

  3. Select your device and choose Website Link mode

  4. Paste the website URL

  5. Click Instant Update to push content immediately

Your screen will now display the website in full view.

You can switch between YouTube, Website, Playlist, or Video at any time from the device settings for flexible digital signage content playback.
